Order Tracker provides a public lookup service that allows recipients of tracked mail and parcels to identify the sender of an item using a Royal Mail tracking number.

The service displays limited sender information, such as the sender's name and contact details, as provided by our clients.

Order Tracker does not provide Royal Mail tracking or delivery status information. For delivery tracking, please visit Royal Mail Track & Trace.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website for its intended purpose of looking up who sent a tracked item.

You must not:

  • use the website in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
